Joshua is 33 Years Old, A vocal coach, piano teacher, award winning Choral Director and Performer based in Kettering.

In the last 12 months Joshua has undergone his own wellbeing journey having lost a staggering 9 and a half stone. Whilst a lot of this was down to healthy life style choices Joshua has shared a bit about his journey.

Over the last 12 months I have made huge changes in my lifestyle choices, mainly in controlling and monitoring my calories, giving myself a limit on the amount of calories I consume but also swimming almost every single day, however using the 3D Body Scanner has been a lifesaver. In total I have lost 9 & half Stone in the last 12 months and I am really pleased with that, however I am not done and I am still on a journey.

We all know that sometimes the scales don't truly represent the journey one is on, you can lose weight physically but sometimes the scales don't truly represent that change, and when it doesn't it can be so disheartening to the progress, however the 3D Body Scan that I was having weekly has helped tremendously and is proof that although I may not have lost a great deal amount of weight one week I had still lost inches, and that is what has spurred me on.

Not being so fixated on just the number on the scales has been pivotal in the success I have found over the last 12 months and I am so excited to be able to help others on their journey whilst I continue mine.
